How do I issue a virtual card for my team?
From your dashboard, go to Cards, invite a team member, assign a role (Owner, Admin, or Member), then issue their card. It's ready immediately and links straight to your wallet balance.
Can I set different limits for different team members?
Yes. Limits are set per card, not per role. One person can hold several cards, each with its own limit, so a card for a subscription can carry a different limit than a card for a vendor payment, even for the same person.
Does the card work for international SaaS subscriptions?
Yes. Virtual cards work for online purchases and recurring subscriptions anywhere Visa® is accepted.
Can I use the card alongside a USDC or USDT wallet?
Yes. Your wallet holds USDC, USDT, and fiat together. It will be spent directly from that overall balance so you don’t need to move funds between wallets or accounts.
Is the physical card available everywhere?
It ships anywhere Visa® is accepted, though availability depends on KYB/KYC review and jurisdictional eligibility. Check current availability during onboarding.
How do Ele Points work with the card?
For card plan, once you turn on the reward toggle in the Rewards Center, you can start earning 1 Ele Point per $2 of card spend.
