Global Business Spend
Ele Rewards Explained: Business Card Points on Transfers
Earn airline miles on card spend and international transfers. The only global business rewards program with 1:1 conversion on both.

Look at where your money actually leaves the business this month. A few SaaS subscriptions and a flight on the card, then the bigger numbers: the supplier in Shenzhen, the developer in Warsaw, the designer in Manila. Card spend is often the smallest line, yet many rewards programs count card spend only, so check what activity earns in the program you use.
That gap is the whole point of Ele Rewards. Once you turn on the reward toggle, Ele Points accrue on card spend and on money you send, and they redeem 1:1 for airline miles on flights.
Our view is simple. A founder should earn on the money the business actually moves, and should be able to see what earning costs before switching it on. Rewards you cannot explain to your accountant are not rewards.
TL;DR
Earning is opt-in. You turn on the reward toggle in the Rewards Center; points never accrue by default (LIVE).
Earn rates: 1 Ele Point per $2 of card spend and 1 Ele Point per $15 sent (LIVE).
Points redeem 1:1 for airline miles on flights (LIVE). Hotels, VPNs, AI tools and eSIMs are coming soon.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of free points that resets monthly. Complete (US$69/month) includes 20,000 points per month. Earning continues past the allowance with a small per-transaction fee.
Boosters at 1x, 3x and 5x are selectable, and card spend draws from your USD balance.

What Ele Rewards is and how the earning works

Ele Rewards is the points layer inside the Elephants Inc. platform, and it sits in the same dashboard where you issue cards, send transfers, raise invoices and watch cash flow.
Three stages, and you control the first one.
Turn it on. Open the Rewards Center and switch on the reward toggle. Nothing accrues until you do. Boosters at 1x, 3x and 5x are selectable, and fees apply for boosters.
Earn. Card spend earns 1 Ele Point per $2. Money sent earns 1 Ele Point per $15. Your Elephants business card is funds-backed and spends from your USD balance.
Redeem. Points convert 1:1 for airline miles on flights. Availability and partner terms sit inside the Elephants platform, which is the place to check before you book.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of free points that resets every month. On Complete, that allowance is 20,000 points per month. Past the allowance, earning keeps going with a small per-transaction fee, which is why the toggle matters: you decide when points are worth paying for.
Why earning on money sent changes the math
For businesses paying overseas suppliers and contractors, card spend is often the smaller number.
Take Maya, who runs a twelve-person product studio and pays three overseas contractors on the first of every month. Here is one illustrative month, using the published earn rates.
Card spend on software, ads and a client trip: US$4,000
US$4,000 divided by 2 = 2,000 Ele Points
Contractor and supplier transfers sent: US$30,000
US$30,000 divided by 15 = 2,000 Ele Points
Total for the month: 4,000 Ele Points
Half of Maya's points came from activity many card-only programs do not count. The amounts are assumed for the example, and her real total depends on her own spend and transfers, but the structure holds: if transfers are the bigger number in your business, a program that ignores them is measuring only part of your activity.
Nothing about how she works changed. Her team submits transfers, she approves them, and the full cost of each one, the network fee, the Elephants fee and the FX conversion, shows on screen before she confirms.

What to check before you compare rewards programs
Rewards programs are priced differently, and earn rate is only one of five things worth checking. Ask these five questions of any program, including ours.
What activity earns? Card purchases only, or money sent as well. Check the rate stated for each.
What does earning cost? Some programs charge nothing, some charge per transaction, some price it into fees elsewhere. With Ele Rewards, earning is opt-in, allowances are included with each plan, and fees apply beyond the allowance and for boosters.
What can points become? Ele Points redeem 1:1 for airline miles on flights today, with more categories coming soon. Check what is live, not what is announced.
Where do the points live? Inside the system you already use, or in a separate portal you have to reconcile by hand.
What funds the card? With Elephants, card spend draws on the USD balance, so you always know which balance a purchase touches.
Run those five past your current setup. If you cannot answer the second one, that is the one to chase.
Which businesses get real value from this
Not every company should turn the toggle on, and we would rather say so.
Strong fit
Businesses paying overseas suppliers or contractors every month, because transfers and card spend both earn (LIVE).
Founders who fly for client work and want spend to turn into miles on flights (LIVE).
Companies working across fiat and stablecoins, holding USDC and USDT alongside fiat in the same wallet (LIVE).
Teams consolidating cards, transfers and invoicing into one system, with per-card spend limits and transfer approvals (LIVE).
Weaker fit
Businesses with domestic spend only and little cross-border volume, since the earning scales with what you send.
Founders who want a redemption category that is still on the roadmap. Hotels, VPNs, AI tools and eSIMs are coming soon, so check the Elephants platform directly before you plan around them.
If you are in the second group, leave the toggle off. It costs you nothing to wait.
