What currencies does Elephants Inc. support?
Elephants Inc. accounts accept deposits in any currency, all deposits are automatically converted to a USD balance fee-free. However, please note that balances are displayed in USD, they may include a mix of fiat USD and USD-pegged stablecoins. Displayed values are for reference only.
Elephants Inc. accounts also accept deposits in defined digital currencies including USDT and USDC on the Ethereum and Solana networks.
How are my funds protected?
Elephants Inc. holds customer funds in dedicated client accounts with licensed financial institutions and custodian wallets. These funds are separate from Elephants Inc.’s operational accounts and are not used for any purpose other than customer transactions.
What are the fees associated with using Elephants Inc.?
Elephants Inc. accounts are free to use. Here’s how it works:
All stablecoin deposits into Elephants Inc. are automatically converted to your USD account balance with no fees. However, please note that balances are displayed in USD, they may include a mix of fiat USD and USD-pegged stablecoins. Displayed values are for reference only.
Every free account can create up to 3 virtual cards for team spending at no cost, then $35 per card
Other fees to note:
0.20% - 0.50% fee + FX per deposit for fiat deposit
0.10% - 0.20% fee per transaction for stablecoin withdrawal
0.20% -0.50% + FX + Transfer fee ($5 local, $35 SWIFT) ****for fiat withdrawal
1.50% - 2.25% fee for foreign (non-USD) card transaction
Physical Cards are issued with an additional fee.
Where are my funds held?
Elephants Inc. holds customer funds in dedicated client accounts with licensed financial institutions and custodian wallets.
What currency are my funds held in?
Your funds are held in USD, either as fiat currency or approved USD-denominated stablecoins.
We currently support the two most popular stablecoins on the most widely used networks:
USDT on Ethereum
USDC on Ethereum and Solana
Your account will always display a total balance in USD. However, please note that they may include a mix of fiat USD and USD-pegged stablecoins. Displayed values are for reference only. Elephants Inc. automatically optimises the ratio to help minimise foreign exchange fees on your transactions.
What license and protections does Elephants Inc. hold?
Elephants.Inc is powered by Elephants (AU) Pty Ltd, an Australian company registered with AUSTRAC as (a) Independent Remittance Dealer (Registration No. IND100886643-001) and (b) Digital Currency Exchange Provider (Registration No. DCE100886643-001) in accordance with the AML/CFT Act.

What are the requirements to create an account?
To open an Elephants Inc. account, you’ll need to provide:
Your name
A valid email address
Your country of residence
A valid WhatsApp number
Complete KYC verification
For a Business Organization Account, you’ll also need to complete KYB verification.
Why are we required to pass KYC & KYB?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a process we are legally required to complete when providing certain services to individuals and organizations in order to comply with our obligations in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act.
Since Elephants Inc. also provides services to business entities, we must additionally conduct KYB (Know Your Business) to verify company information.
Why was my account rejected?
Your account may have been rejected if there were inconsistencies in the documents provided during your KYC or KYB verification.
In such cases, our customer support team will reach out within 24 hours to request any additional documents needed to complete the process.
Cards
How do I get an Elephants Inc. card?
Elephants Inc. offers two types of cards — virtual and physical:
Virtual Card – Automatically assigned once you’ve completed KYC. Simply set a spend limit to activate it.
Physical Card – Enable one from the Manage Cards menu, then confirm your order in My Cards. Delivery can takes up to 14 to 30 business days, and timelines may vary by country.
What is the difference between virtual and physical cards?

Where can I find my card details?
Go to the My Cards and select the ****card you would like to view from the dropdown, if you have multiple cards.
Then click the View card icon at the bottom of the card. ****From there, you can view and copy your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
How do I add my card to Mobile Wallet manually?
Copy your card details from above.
Open Mobile Wallet app on your phone.
At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet
Tap Payment card - New credit or debit card.
Tap “Enter details manually”.
Paste and fill in your card details, tap accept.
Why can’t I add my card to Apple Wallet?
Apple Wallet is temporarily unavailable for our virtual cards. Please note your card will still work anywhere VISA is accepted. We are however working on a solution and in the meantime, you can reach out to us for a physical card instead. We'll upgrade this to express for free and you should receive this within 2 business days. Thanks for your support and apologies for the inconvenience.
How do I activate a virtual card?
Once you’ve completed your KYC, you’ll be assigned a virtual card. To activate it, simply set a spend limit.
Any new virtual cards will also be activated once a spend limit is set.
For new organizations, you’ll see a banner with a Set limit & activate button at the top of the Home page. Click it, set your limit, and your virtual card will be ready to use.
How to order a physical card?
There are two simple steps:
Go to Organization → Manage Cards → Click [⋮] on the virtual card you want a physical card for → Select ‘Enable Physical Card’ → Confirm.
Go to My Cards → Select the card you enabled for physical card (if you have multiple cards) → Click the ‘Order your Physical Card’ banner → Order Card.
If you’d like the card delivered to a different address, check the Deliver card to different address box before clicking Order Card.
Please ensure there is enough balance in your organization account, as a physical card issuance fee applies.

How do I activate a physical card?
To activate your physical card:
Go to My Cards → Select your physical card.
Tap the ‘Activate Physical Card’ banner.
Confirm the details and set a PIN for your card.

Which countries support Elephants Inc. virtual cards?

Which countries do you ship physical cards to?
We ship cards almost worldwide, but due to regulatory and compliance restrictions, shipping is unavailable to certain countries. Please refer to the list for details.

How do I remove a card?
Removal of a card is not available at the moment. If you wish to do so, please contact our Customer Support.
Account Management
What is the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member roles?
Owner – Holds ownership of the organization’s account. Has full access and permissions across the entire platform.
Admin – Has the same level of access and permissions as the Owner.
Member – Access is limited to managing their own cards and using the invoicing feature.
How do I navigate between multiple organizations that I have created?
Click the Profile icon at the top right corner. A dropdown will show all the organizations you’ve created, allowing you to switch easily between them — all within the same account.
How do I update details on my account?
This function is not available at the moment. To update your details, please contact our Customer Support.
How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile (top right corner) → Settings → Change Password → Enter your email → Submit.
You’ll receive a password reset email from support@elephants.inc.
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.
How do I enable 2FA on my account?
Go to Profile (top right corner) → Settings → My Security → Turn on Authenticator App 2FA and follow the prompts.
How do I view or export my account statement?
To view your transactions, go to the Transactions tab.
To download a statement, set the desired date range and click Export.
Organization Management
How do I invite a member to my organization?
Go to Organization → Members → Invite Member → Enter details → Submit.
You may optionally assign a card and set a spend limit at this stage. If skipped, you can do this later in the Manage Cards menu after the member accepts the invitation.
How do I resend an invitation link?
If someone you invited has not accepted or did not receive the invitation:
Go to Organization → Members → Invite Pending → Click [⋮] for the member → Select ‘Resend Invite’.
How do I issue virtual cards to members?
When inviting a member, you can assign a virtual card and set a spending limit during the process.
If skipped, go to Organization → Manage Cards → Assign a card → Select recipient → Set monthly limit → Submit.
How do I issue physical cards to members?
Go to Organization → Manage Cards → Click [⋮] on the virtual card → Select ‘Enable Physical Card’ → Confirm.
The member should then navigate to My Cards → Click the ‘Order your Physical Card’ banner → Order Card.
If delivery details need to be updated, check the Deliver card to different address box before confirming the order.
Ensure there is sufficient balance in the organization account before placing the order.
How do I activate cards for my members?
Virtual cards are automatically activated once you set a spending limit.
Members must also complete KYC verification before they can use their virtual card.
How do I reissue cards to members?
To reissue a card, please contact our Customer Support.
How can I edit, suspend, remove an existing member?
Edit a member’s role:
Go to Organization → Members → Click [⋮] next to the member → Select ‘Edit Member Details’ → Change role → Update.
Remove or suspend a member:
Go to Organization → Members → Click [⋮] next to the member → Select ‘Remove Member’.
How does the spending module work?
All members of an organization — including the owner — share the organization Balance. We recommend setting each member’s spending limit carefully to ensure fair access and avoid depleting the balance.
How can I increase or decrease my members spend limits?
Managing spend limits helps you stay in control. To update a member’s card limit:
Go to Organization → Manage Cards → Click [⋮] next to the card → Select ‘Edit Limit’
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
We understand it can be stressful if your card is lost or stolen. You can freeze your card instantly from the platform:
Go to My Cards → Select the card (if you have multiple) → Tap the Freeze Card icon located under the card.
This will immediately disable the card to prevent any unauthorised use. After freezing your card, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
Member Account & Card Management
How do I activate a physical card?
To activate your physical card:
Go to My Cards → Select your physical card.
Tap the ‘Activate Physical Card’ banner.
Confirm the details and set a PIN for your card.
As a member how do I access my organization account?
Members do not have direct access to the full organization account. You can:
Manage your own card
View your own spending
Use the invoicing feature
You can create a new organization for yourself, giving you full access and permissions to manage it. This will be your personal and separate organization from any existing ones.
How do I change my account details?
This function is not available at the moment, please contact our Customer Support if you wish to change your account details.
How do I increase my account limit?
You can request the organization owner to update your spending limit.
What do I do if my physical card is lost or stolen?
We understand it can be stressful if your card is lost or stolen. You can freeze your card instantly from the platform:
Go to My Cards → Select the card (if you have multiple) → Tap the Freeze Card icon located under the card.
This will immediately disable the card to prevent any unauthorised use. After freezing your card, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
Why has my physical card not been delivered?
Card delivery can take up to 14 to 30 business days, and timelines may vary by country.
If your card has not arrived after this period, please contact Elephants Inc. Customer Support for assistance.

Receiving or Depositing
How do I make stablecoin deposit?
Select Stablecoin.
Go to the Home page and tap ‘+ Add Money’.
Select USDC or USDT.
If you select USDC, select your preferred network.
Copy the wallet address or save the QR code.
Paste the wallet address or scan the QR code in your crypto platform, then follow the prompts to finish the deposit.
How do I make fiat deposit?
Please contact Customer Support at support@elephants.inc or via WhatsApp at +852 6314 3875 to help you set up a virtual account for your deposit.)
From the Home page, tap ’+ Add Money.’
Choose Bank Transfer.
Your Virtual Account details will appear — copy the Account Number and Routing Information (if applicable).
Open your bank app and initiate a transfer.
Paste the copied details and enter the amount you’d like to transfer.
Once confirmed on your bank app, funds will typically arrive in your Elephants account within 1–3 business days, depending on your local bank’s processing time.
What are the fees for depositing?
Stablecoin deposit: Free.
Fiat deposit: 0.20% - 0.50% fee + FX applies

Are there any minimum deposit sizes?
No — there is no minimum deposit size required.
How do I receive money from customers?
Use the invoicing feature to create and send an invoice to your customers.
Each invoice includes a wallet address and a QR code for payment.
What happens if sender enters incorrect payment details?
Unfortunately, stablecoin payments and transfers are non-reversible. If the sender enters the wrong wallet address or selects the wrong network, the funds will be lost.
We strongly recommend reviewing all transaction details carefully before confirming or sending.
What are the fees for receiving USD?
Fiat Deposits: 0.20% - 0.50% fee + FX applies

Spending
How do I spend on Elephants Inc. Card?
Physical Card: Use it like any other VISA card at any merchant that accepts card payments.
Virtual Card: Use it for most online stores or in physical stores that accept NFC payments.
Do you support direct debits?
Yes! Elephants Inc. Cards are VISA cards, just like any other bank-issued VISA cards.
You can set up direct debits or auto-payments on any supported platform by entering your card details.
Please note: Some platforms may ask for the issuing country. Elephants Inc. cards are issued from Hong Kong.
How do I add payer details?
For crypto wallet:
Go to Home page
Tap Send
Select Add new Recipient
Select USDC
Enter wallet details
Save Contact
For fiat:
Go to Home page
Tap Send
Select Add new Recipient
Select the currency
Select Own Account for 1st party transfer / Another person or Another Business for *3rd party transfer to an individual account or a business account
Enter bank account details
Save Contact
The new contact will appear in your Address Book (under Organization ****tab).

*3rd party transfer is only available for verified organization (KYB entity)
Why did my transaction fail?
The two most common reasons are:
Insufficient organization balance – Top up your balance and try again.
Exceeded spending limit – Check the Card Management banner on the Home page. If you’ve exceeded the limit, update it in Manage Cards (under Organization tab), or request the Owner to update it.
If neither applies, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
How do I dispute a card transaction?
If you notice any incorrect or suspicious charges on your Elephants Inc. card, freeze your card instantly from the platform:
Go to My Cards → Select the card (if you have multiple) → Tap the Freeze Card icon located under the card.
This will immediately disable the card to prevent any unauthorised use. After freezing your card, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
How do I submit a chargeback request?
Before proceeding to submitting a chargeback request, we advise you to contact the merchant directly first to resolve the issue. If unable to resolve, kindly reach out to support@elephants.inc for assistance.
